My name is Jason Becker. I was born in Chicago and moved to Winthrop Harbor when I was ten. At that time, Winthrop Harbor was rural and non-developed and I experienced the undisturbed outdoors. I lived one mile from Lake Michigan and had access to forest preserves in Wadsworth and Illinois State Beach park in Zion, IL. These undisturbed landscapes inspired me to become involved in landscaping, and to persue a career creating unique outdoor spaces.

Qualifications -
1990 - College of Lake County Associate Degree in Science
1995 - Southern Illinois University Bachelor's Degree in Forestry (Outdoor Resource Management)
1995-2001 Tree foreman for an established Tree/Landscape company on the north shore.
March 15, 2001 - Present - Becker's Landscaping Services, Inc.
